my policy

for readings i do require full names, date of births and reasonings on why you want a reading to make sure your reading is fully accurate, to insure that i properly understand what the cards/energy is telling you and to certify that you’re getting the highest quality i can offer. for spells i do need the same information so i can properly ensure that my spells are effective and sent to the right person with the right intent. i do not offer any love spells without the consent of both parties involved. hexes are not and never will be offered. all information i require and receive is highly confidential and will stay confidential.
i do not offer refunds unless you need to cancel your reading. if it’s a last minute cancellation there’ll be a $10 cancellation fee, if i have already offered my services there will be no refunds. all my spells and readings are non-refundable unless i have not done the service. i am not a “medium” which means i cannot communicate with the dead. i cannot predict lottery, pregnancy or fertility, diagnose, find lost items and “solve crimes”. i will not contact you to get a reading/spell or any other services. i have the right to deny any customer for any reasoning. your reading and private information you give to me is highly confidential, no matter what. i have the right to deny giving you a reading if i feel like you exhibit addictive behavior/tendencies to get readings/spells, it’s very easy to get addicted to anything and i will not condone nor support it. the cards and my other readings are never fully set in stone, do not take it as fact. i will never refuse service or be disrespectful due to race, religion, gender and orientation. if you are under 18+, i will need consent from a parent or guardian to get a reading/spell.
